      Processing Chart: Selection on fresh vegetables: Select thick fresh vegetable as raw materials, no rot, no deterioration, no insects. Washing: Put the selected vegetables in washing machine, clean with high pressure water. Boiling: Some vegetable need the step, and the boiling time also depend on different variety of vegetables. Avoid boiling overtime is very necessary, vegetable need to be stirred continuously during the step. Cooling: Put the boiled vegetable in cold water, and add new cold water continuously till the water in pool is of same temperature with cold water added. Put vegetable into screen to get off water. Hot drying: Put vegetable in to drying beds evenly, generally temperature would be around 60-85 centigrade, decrease the temperature step by step, the time should be lasted 4-5 hours, certainly time and temperature should be different according to different vegetables. Selection and packing: Cool hot dried vegetable, and then make hand selection and machine selection with the products, then packing after metal detection.
